What I Eat in the Morning

.

To get Five meals troughout the day, I normally have my breakfast between 7:30AM - 8:30AM

First meal

- 6tbs Organic Oats

- 1tsp Chia or Quinoa

- 50gr Blanched Sliced Almounds

- 250ml Water

- 1tsp Organic Butter

- 20gr GodjiBerries or Raisins

On a medium heat stir until water evaporates

Then add : - 200ml Goat's Milk

- 1small Apple

- 1/2 Banana

Keep on the medium heat for another minute or so and again stir frequently.

Pour in to a bow

- 1tsp Organic Honey
